Title Reference: The name of the main bad guy - duh!
The voice actors were recorded on August 7 and November 6, 1987. Maurice LaMarche filled in as Peter on November 6, 1987.
The guys whistle the "Inspector Gadget" theme song. "Inspector Gadget" was another cartoon series produced by DIC.
In the book Egon's looking through, you can see pictures of Drool, the Dog-Faced Goblin and the Bird of Kildarby (both from episodes of the same name).
It's mentioned that Alec kicked Mrs. Faversham's cat. Mrs. Faversham's attic was haunted in the episode "The Thing In Mrs. Faversham's Attic".
